Getting Acquainted

Mike had just moved into a new flat, and decided to get acquainted with his neighbours across the hall. He knocked on the door and was greeted by a young lady considerably more than passing fair, and considerably less than fully clad.

'Hi,' he said. 'I'm your new sugar across the hall. Can I borrow a cup of neighbour?'
