Post Dating

The managing director of a large import/export business was well known for his habit of always post-dating his cheques. In the course of time he passed away. His creditors got together and erected a fine tombstone over the grave. On it was inscribed:

HERE LIES ALFRED BOSTOCK. DIED 10TH OF JANUARY - AS OF 1ST OF FEBRUARY
