Elaborate Specifications

The boss called the shop foreman into his office and showed him some elaborate specifications.

'We've got to produce a thousand of these by the end of next week. Think you can do it?' he said. The foreman studied the plans closely and then shook his head.

'Impossible!' he said. 'There isn't a firm in the country that can make a thing like that. We'll have to send out for them!'
